Human Resources Director at Hamilton Island

Nicole Walter has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole began their career at Hallmark Cards Australia in 2010, starting as an HR Administrator and later progressing to roles such as HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, and HR Consultant. In these positions, Nicole was responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, job evaluations, coaching, career planning, and employee engagement. Nicole also managed performance management, investigations, and compliance with policies and legislation. Additionally, Nicole led the development and implementation of an onboarding tool. In 2019, Nicole joined Hamilton Island as an Employee Relations Manager and eventually became the Organisational Design Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Human Resources Director.

Nicole Walter earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology between 2009 and 2012.
