Hank B. Siegel has extensive experience in the jewelry industry. Hank B. started their career in 1981 at Hamilton Co., Jewelers where they held various positions including President and CEO. Hank B. also worked as a Vice President from 1988 to 1993. In 1997, they became a Member of YPO. In 2009, Hank became the Owner of Hamilton Jewelers Insignia and Corporate Gifts, LLC, a company that designs and sells customized business gifts and jewelry. In 2015, they started a new venture as the Owner of h1912 Vintage and Estate Jewelry and Timepieces.

Hank B. Siegel completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1976, they attended Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management. Following this, from 1980 to 1981, they enrolled in the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Here, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management. Finally, in 1982, Hank attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) for a brief period, where they pursued studies in Gemology and obtained a GG qualification.
