Courtney Marchant

Courtney Marchant is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting senior executives across various industries. Currently, Courtney serves as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Hamilton Lane since 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as an Executive Assistant at MetLife Australia from August 2018 to 2021, and held similar positions at KPMG from 2015 to 2018 and 2011 to 2014. Courtney also gained experience at Macquarie Group as an Executive Assistant for a brief period in 2014 to 2015, and started the career as a Flight Attendant at Jetstar Airways in early 2011. Courtney holds a Diploma of Event Management in Meeting and Event Planning from St Patrick's Business College, obtained in 2008.
