Mike Buck

Mike is the Software Development Lead for Cobalt LP, where he manages a team of engineers that support Hamilton Lane’s proprietary private markets data and analytics software. He is responsible for building and scaling the technical infrastructure of Cobalt LP to meet the needs of an expanding global customer base.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2020, Mike was a Senior Software Engineer with Avantor where he managed a global team of developers responsible for delivering enterprise software solutions.

Mike received a B.S. in Information Technology from Drexel University.
