Guy Sanderson

Guy Sanderson is a partner at Hamilton Locke, a corporate law firm. Guy has been with the company since 1997. Prior to that, they worked as a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 1991 to 1996, advising listed companies on capital raisings and ASX listings. Guy also worked with junior explorers and other resources companies on joint ventures, farmins and corporate transactions. From 1988 to 1989, they were the co-owner of Geoff & Guy's Roof Cleaning.

Guy Sanderson has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Australia, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
