Peter Williams

Peter Williams is a partner at Hamilton Locke, where they focus on corporate law. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Peter was a senior associate at CMS Cameron McKenna, where they worked on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and other corporate transactions in the hotel, retail, consumer products, and energy sectors. Peter has also served as a company secretary and commercial lawyer at MSL Solutions Limited and Thiess Australian Mining, respectively.

Peter Williams has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Business Management from St Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace. Peter also has a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Kaplan Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics from Griffith University. Peter is currently completing a Foundation Tax course at The Tax Institute and has recently completed a Post Graduate - Oil and Gas Agreements Intensive course at The University of Western Australia.
