Since October 2006, John has served as an Asset Manager at Hamilton Partners, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 484,919 square feet of class A and B commercial real estate in the Chicago Suburbs, generating approximately $625,000 in monthly rent. Previously, John worked as an Assistant Asset Manager, where responsibilities included preparing monthly and annual financial reports and budgets for multiple properties. Prior to Hamilton Partners, John held positions at Intertractor America Corp, starting as a Customer Service Representative and advancing to Forecast Analyst, where John analyzed sales data and managed parts supply logistics. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Studies from Christian Life College, completed in 1999.
