Sarah Gauthier

Manager, Information Services at Hamilton Public Library

Sarah Gauthier is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Manager of Information Services at Hamilton Public Library since June 2015. Gauthier has held various positions within the library, including Branch Manager for Saltfleet and Stoney Creek Branches, Community Librarian, Community Youth Librarian, and Collections Librarian (temporary role until May 2020). In addition to library management, Gauthier is an instructor for the Youth Services and Issues class in the Library and Information Technician program at Mohawk College since May 2018. Previous experience includes roles at the Ontario Library Association, Charles Sturt University, and early positions at Hamilton Public Library, the University of Toronto, where Gauthier completed a Masters of Information in Library and Information Science, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Language Science from Brock University.
