Victoria Doig

Victoria Doig has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Victoria is currently working as a Non-Executive Director at Hallan Health, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Director at Hamlyn Williams from July 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Group Operations Manager at First Point Group, where they were responsible for core business operations and special projects globally. In 2019, they also worked as a Freelance Talent Manager at Jobu London and as a Freelance Operations Manager/Consultant at Move and Goose Lane. From 2010 to 2019, they served in various roles at NAKAMA, including Operations Manager and Payroll & Support Manager. Victoria began their career in 2006 as a Senior Contractor Payments Coordinator at Adecco and worked as a Sales/Customer Service Advisor at Aviva from 2004 to 2006.

Victoria Doig attended Auchterarder High School from 1996 to 2000, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. From 2000 to 2002, they studied Horse and Stable Management at Craigie Farm in Leuchars, St Andrews, with a focus on Equestrian/Equine Studies. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Aviva, where they obtained a Customer Service SVQ Level 2 degree.
