Betty Scott

Betty Scott is an accomplished design and construction professional with over 20 years of experience in the design-build industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design & Construction at Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys since September 2022, Betty ensures that each location adheres to brand standards and delivers a superior client experience. In addition to this role, Betty is an Area Developer and Design/Build Trade Consultant for Aedifico. Previously, Betty held the position of Managing Partner at Aspen Leaf Interiors, where strategic planning and project management were key focuses. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Truckee Tahoe Lumber Co and Operations Manager at Aurora Marble & Tile. Betty holds a degree in Political Science, Women's Studies, and Religious Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with an Entrepreneurial Masters Program certification from MIT Professional Education.
