Chris Guglielmi

Chris Guglielmi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, franchise ownership, and international trade. Currently a partner at both Waterbury Development Company and Hammer & Nails Grooming Shop for Guys, Chris also serves as a real estate agent at Street Sotheby's International Realty. Previous roles include Italian fine wine importer at EDV International and multi-unit franchise owner at Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches. Chris has a foundational background in mortgage banking with AmTrust Bank and completed internships with Chicago Machine: Professional Lacrosse and the US Government. Educational achievements include degrees in Economics and Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, attendance at The University of Findlay, and training at the National Outdoor Leadership School.
