Ingrid Elise Melbye Olsen

Ingrid Elise Melbye Olsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ingrid Elise began their career in 2009 as a Client Manager at Eniro, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Fjordkraft as a Selling and Client Manager. In 2014, they joined Early Media as a Media Sales Consultant/Trainee, and then moved on to Sonans in 2015, where they served as a Sales and Networks Consultant until 2016. In 2016, Ingrid became the Marketing Manager at Karrierehuset, a position they held until 2019. After that, they worked as part of the International Marketing Team at Career Star Group from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Hammer & Hanborg, where they initially worked as a Consultant from 2019 to 2021, then served as a Senior Consultant until 2022, and now holds the position of a Commercial Manager.

Ingrid Elise Melbye Olsen completed their Bachelor of Marketing degree from BI Norwegian Business School from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they attended Holtekilen Folkehøgskole in 2009 and 2010, where they studied sociology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the OPQ/MQ certification from SHL in September 2019 and the Persolog Personal Profile certification from persolog Norge AS in February 2017.
