Karyna McCormack

Karyna McCormack has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Karyna has worked for HammerTech since 2020 as an Implementation Manager, Senior Implementation Specialist, and Implementation Specialist. Her role at HammerTech involves ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency of a cloud-based, collaborative performance & productivity platform. Prior to HammerTech, Karyna was a Capability Specialist at Vita Group Limited from 2017 to 2020, where they implemented tier 1 business systems, including Kronos Workforce Management, Salesforce modules, and cosmedcloud (a clinical CRM). From 2014 to 2017, Karyna worked as an Elearning Consultant and Enterprise Specialist at Best Practice Software. Before that, they were a Support Lead/Training Specialist and Project Analyst at Origin Energy from 2013 to 2014. Karyna also worked at Aveo Live Well from 2008 to 2013, where they managed information systems, including their eDRMS (Objective), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), LMS (Moodle), asset management system, and websites. During their time at Aveo, they completed the consolidation of the eDRMS platform to a single site architecture solution, a functional redesign and database restructure of the CRM, and implemented the LMS including a full eLearning suite to support the education requirements of the business. In addition, they held roles as an Information Management Officer and Sales Administrator.

Karyna McCormack has a Diploma Training Design and Development from TAFE NSW, which they earned in 2017. Karyna is also certified in ITIL Foundation and has received training in OpenText system administration, Microsoft 2778: Writing Queries Using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 T-SQL, Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration, and Objective system administration.
