Rodrigo Batista has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Rodrigo started their career as a Market Research Analyst at IDC in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Rodrigo then joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Marketing Analyst from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they worked at LG Electronics as a Sales & Marketing Business Intelligence Supervisor from 2009 to 2012.
In 2013, Rodrigo joined Schneider Electric Industrial Services, where they held two roles. Rodrigo first served as a Business Intelligence & Strategy Program Manager from 2013 to 2016, and then transitioned to become the Sales Compensation and Analytics Lead from 2016 to 2017.
Rodrigo later joined Celestica in 2017 as the IT Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics, where they worked for a year until 2018.
In 2019, Rodrigo joined Canada Post / Postes Canada as the Customer Experience Analytics Manager, and they held this position until 2022.
Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hammond Power Solutions as the Market Intelligence Manager.
Rodrigo Batista has pursued a variety of educational experiences throughout their career. Rodrigo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, with a focus on Marketing. Rodrigo then went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Marketing - Research and Analytics from Centennial College School of Business. Additionally, they have also engaged in executive education programs, obtaining a Certificate of Professional Development in Strategy from The Wharton School and completing the Accelerated Management Program at the Yale School of Management.
