Amanda Beable MBA is currently the Head of Transformation and Business Services at Hampshire County Council, where she leads strong multidisciplinary teams to drive improvement and savings programs. She successfully led the merger of two transformation services and developed a commercial strategy for the Economy, Transport & Environment department. Amanda also has experience as the Managing Director of The Resource Reserve Limited and as a Resource & Performance Manager at E.ON. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt degree from Capella and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Warwick.
