Keith Evans is a seasoned architect and design manager with extensive experience in various sectors such as education, community, and housing. Currently serving as Design & Delivery Manager at Hampshire County Council since March 2014, Keith leads the Reading Programme and manages multiple project initiatives. Previously, as Principal Architect for HCC Children's Services and University of Chichester Academy Trust from 2016 to 2019, Keith was instrumental in the design and development of a new secondary school within a significant masterplan. In addition, Keith is the Director of Keith Evans Architects, a creative design studio established in Winchester, and serves as a Design Review Panel Member for Test Valley Borough Council. Keith's earlier roles include Associate Director at Design Engine Architects, Senior Architect at Allies and Morrison, and Assistant Architect at DEGW, alongside foundational experiences as an Architectural Assistant. Keith holds multiple degrees in architecture from recognized institutions, including a Part 3 Professional Management Certificate from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.
