Steve Rowles

Steve Rowles is currently a Trainee Sport Psychologist at both Southern Vipers Cricket and Hampshire Cricket since October 2024 and November 2022, respectively, and previously held a similar role at Southampton Football Club from January 2022 to September 2024. Educationally, Steve has pursued advanced studies in psychology, completing MSc degrees in Psychology and Sport & Exercise Psychology from Oxford Brookes University and the University of Winchester, respectively, and is currently enrolled in a PhD program at Bournemouth University. Professionally, Steve's extensive experience spans over two decades in consumer and market knowledge roles, including senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, AB World Foods Ltd, and Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities encompassed strategic insights across diverse markets and brands.
