Sarah Stephanus has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from Apprentice to RMS Administrator. Sarah is skilled in day-to-day operations, welcoming and checking guests in, upselling, allocating rooms, updating reservations, handling complaints, and ensuring return business.
