Dr. Kim Richardson

Dr. Kim Richardson serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Keep Rising since January 2013, specializing as a speaker, coach, consultant, and learning experience designer. With extensive experience in education, Dr. Richardson has held various leadership roles at Hampton City Schools since 2005, including Director of Induction & Development and instructional coaching positions, focusing on teacher development and professional growth. Additionally, Dr. Richardson provides leadership as President Elect of Learning Forward Virginia and has contributed as an elder and choir director at International Kingdom Life Church. Dr. Richardson founded the Scholars Program, a nonprofit organization aimed at empowering students and families in Hampton Roads. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University, a Master's in Education Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in English Arts/Early Childhood from Hampton University.
