Sandra Taylor

Sandra Taylor has over a decade of experience in education, currently serving as Assistant Principal at Hampton City Schools since July 2020, after previously working as a Literacy Support Specialist in the same district from 2018 to 2020. Taylor's expertise includes supporting students through data-driven instructional practices, collaborating with teachers to enhance language arts instruction, and mentoring novice teachers. Prior roles include teaching English at Western Branch High School, Churchland High School, and King’s Fork High School, where Taylor led various initiatives and committees focused on curriculum development and student achievement. Taylor holds a Post Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership from The George Washington University, a Master of Education from Regent University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Washington and Jefferson College.
