Michael Mejia

Michael Mejia is currently employed as a Human Resources Manager with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR). Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Human Resources Director at Plote Construction Inc. for a number of years. Throughout their career, Michael has successfully managed various HR responsibilities such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. With a Bachelor's degree in Organizational/Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University, Michael has displayed a strong ability to adapt company policies to new guidelines while fostering a culture of growth and mutual appreciation.
