Michele Locust

Michele Locust, QMHP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles related to human services and retail management. As the Owner of Kingdom Citizen LLC since May 2019, Michele leads a Christian apparel company focused on providing retail merchandise. In the role of SA Case Manager at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, active since November 2016, Michele specializes in case management services for adult males with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans and facilitating access to supportive services. Previous experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Eggleston Services, a Documentation Specialist and QA Tech at Scans America, and an Enrollment Services Work Study at Thomas Nelson Community College. Michele's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University and an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Thomas Nelson Community College.
