Gary Hart

Gary Hart is currently the Chief of Design & Construction South Shore at HRSD, where Gary is responsible for the implementation of the HRSD Capital Improvement Program. Prior to their current role, Gary held positions as an Engineer IV at Virginia Beach Public Utilities and as a Project Manager at HDR Engineering. Gary holds a Master's degree in Sanitary Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1977 and 1983.
