Inda Ratcliff is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at HRSD since 2003, Inda previously held the position of HR Specialist within the same organization. Prior to HRSD, Inda worked at Manpower as a Staffing Specialist from 1992 to 2003 and began a career in retail management as a Department Manager at Hess's Department Store, overseeing womens accessories and jewelry from July 1987 to July 1992. Inda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Strome College of Business, both obtained between 1984 and 1987. Additionally, Inda is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and International Public Management Association for Human Resources - Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP).
