Riley Riggins has over two decades of experience in the sanitation industry, currently serving as a Lead Operator at Hampton Roads Sanitation District since June 2000. Prior to this role, Riley served for twenty years in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician, gaining valuable technical skills and expertise.
