HRSD
Stacie Crandall has been with HRSD since September 1993, currently holding the position of Chief of the Laboratory Division. Stacie also serves as the Quality Assurance Manager and HRSD Lab Analyst. In addition, Stacie is actively involved with the Water Environment Federation, where Stacie serves as Chair of the Operations Challenge Committee and Laboratory Practices Committee. Prior to their current roles, Stacie was the President of VWEA from 2013 to 2014 and President-Elect of Virginia Water Environment Association from 2011 to 2012. Stacie holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Zoology from Ohio University, where Stacie graduated in 1992.

Welcome. Since HRSD's inception, there has been one overriding mission -- to protect public health and the waters of Hampton Roads by treating wastewater effectively. HRSD returns treated effluent to nature in a way that will continue to nurture our water's delicate ecosystems. HRSD's workforce of scientists, engineers, water quality professionals and other staff know they must be sensitive to the needs of people and also be sensitive to the plants and animals who rely on our ability to protect their habitats.
