Whitney Johnson

Whitney Johnson, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hampton Roads Transit, a position held since October 2022, following prior experience in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner at Riverside Health System and Recruiter at USI Insurance Services. Whitney's career in talent acquisition began at Hampton Roads Transit, where services were provided as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Whitney held positions at DeVry University, Preferred Staffing Group, and The White House, gaining a diverse range of expertise in human resources and staffing. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Law with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Regent University, an MBA from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University.
