Otsebele Nare

Otsebele Nare is an accomplished associate professor in Electrical Engineering at Hampton University since January 2007, where responsibilities include program leadership, technical project development, personnel recruitment, and budget management. Nare has also served as interim chair of the Engineering Department and held the position of program director. Prior to Hampton University, Nare was an assistant professor and research engineer at Morgan State University (CIBAC) from July 2005 to January 2007. Nare holds a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Morgan State University, earned in 2005 and 1998, respectively.
