Shimul Charaborty

Shimul Charaborty is an experienced Compliance Manager at Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited, serving since April 2013 and currently holding the position of Regional Compliance Manager for Bangladesh. In this role, Shimul conducts periodical internal audits for factories, implements continuous improvement plans, and enhances CSR performance by establishing strong relationships with clients and training factory personnel on compliance with current codes of conduct. Shimul holds an Honours and Master's degree in Statistics from the National University of Bangladesh, completing this education between 2000 and 2004.
