Marcos Borjas is an experienced designer and architectural professional with a diverse portfolio spanning various significant projects. At Hanbury from January 2022 to February 2024, Marcos contributed to key initiatives such as the Chamberbrook Masterplan and the HCDL Richmond Renovation. Previously, at HKS, Inc. from August 2020 to December 2021, Marcos worked on numerous proposals and masterplans, including the 1017 East Canal Street Tower and the Arizona State University Tennis Facility. Marcos also served as a Project Design Coordinator for the Global Forum on Urban and Regional Resilience, focusing on projects at Virginia Tech. Early career experiences include internships at HKS, Inc., Booth Hansen, and Fultz & Singh Architects, where various mixed-use and community revitalization projects were developed. Marcos holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech, completed in 2020.
