Rodney Griffin

Retired Deputy Sheriff at Hancock County Sheriff's Office

Rodney Griffin has extensive experience in law enforcement, serving as a Deputy Sheriff at the Hancock County Sheriff's Office from May 2000 until retirement, during which time roles included Deputy, Radar/Lidar Instructor, and Field Training Officer. Prior to this, Rodney Griffin worked as a Reserve Deputy at the Seneca County Sheriff's Office from May 1991 to May 2000. In addition to law enforcement, Rodney Griffin worked at Intermetro Industries from 1993 to 2004 as a Plastic Injection Mold Technician, where responsibilities involved setting and pulling steel molds and setting up robotic arms. Rodney Griffin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Accounting, and Mathematics from Tiffin University between 1986 and 1990, and received the Ohio Peace Officer Certification from the Tiffin University Police Academy in 1991. Further studies took place at Terra State Community College from 1988 to 2000.
