Justin E. Mercer

Justin E. Mercer, CPC, QPA, QKA has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities in the financial and retirement industry. Justin E. started their career as an Adjuster at Pilot Catastrophe Service in 2005 before transitioning to roles such as Senior Conversion Analyst at Employee Fiduciary in 2009 and Client Services Manager at Retirement Alliance, Inc. in 2014. Mercer then moved on to Trustmark Bank in 2014 where they served as an Employee Benefits Relationship Manager until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Hancock Whitney since January 2019. Throughout their career, Mercer has demonstrated a strong understanding of retirement plans and financial services, making valuable contributions to each organization they have worked for.

Justin E. Mercer, CPC, QPA, QKA earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Alabama in 2009. Justin E. also holds additional certifications including CPC Certified Pension Consultant, QPA Qualified Pension Administrator, and QKA Qualified 401(k) Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
