Benedict Ji

Benedict Ji has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they served as the General Manager at Omnitel until 2006. In 2007, they joined Hancom Corp. as the Hancom Fintech CEO and later became the Executive Manager for Mobile & Cloud Productivity Solution Business. During this time, they served as the ThinkFree Web & Mobile Productivity Solution Sales Director and managed accounts for Samsung, LG, and KT.

In 2017, Benedict co-founded Linkbricks Inc. as a Data Scientist and Entrepreneur, focusing on business and market intelligence through big data analytics technology. Benedict also played a key role in developing AI-based recommendation engines and partnered with Sisense and NVIDIA Inception.

Benedict's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish other ventures, including Linkbricks Ventures in 2021 and Linkbricks Comms in 2020, a growth-hacking company affiliated with Linkbricks. Benedict also co-founded NewsTof, a fact-check journalism and news media company that received prestigious awards in 2018.

Additionally, Benedict served as the Chairman of SO1 Precision Engineering starting in 2017. Overall, their career showcases a diverse range of expertise in technology, business intelligence, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Benedict Ji holds a Master of Journalism & Mass communication (M.J.M.) degree with a specialization in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Korea University. Benedict also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Myongji University. As for their undergraduate education, Benedict Ji earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki.

In addition to their academic achievements, Benedict Ji has obtained several certifications from Sisense. These certifications include Sisense Analytic Project Manager, Sisense BI Consultant, Sisense Embedder Analytic Professional, and Sisense Solution Developer. All of these certifications were obtained in November 2021.
