Adrienne Waldrop has extensive work experience in various human resources and finance roles. Adrienne is currently the Director of Human Resources at Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at White-Spunner Construction, Inc. from March 2018 to May 2022, holding positions such as Executive Director, People & Culture - HR Director, and Executive Director of Human Resources. From November 2015 to June 2018, they served as a Remote Human Resources Consultant at Certified Aviation Services. Adrienne also worked at SweetWater Brewing Company as the Human Resources Director & Assistant Controller from January 2011 to August 2015. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Finance and Human Resources at AIKG, LLC from August 2009 to December 2010. Before that, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Quality Wine & Spirits from May 2005 to August 2009 and as an Accounting Associate at Atlanta Wholesale Wine from May 2003 to May 2005.

Adrienne Waldrop has a strong educational background and numerous certifications. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from The University of Alabama. In 2014, they earned a Human Resources Management Certificate with a focus on PHR/SPHR - Human Resource Management from The University of Georgia.

Adrienne has also pursued various certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they obtained a certification in ADP Payroll/PayExpert. In 2014, they achieved the Senior Professional Human Resources Management Certificate (SHRM-SCP) (SPHR) from SHRM. Adrienne further expanded their professional qualifications with the People Manager Qualification (SHRM-PMQ) from SHRM in 2021. Additionally, they obtained the Procore Project Manager (Core Tools) certification from Procore Technologies in 2020.

Furthermore, Adrienne has been recognized as a Notary Public by the Baldwin County Probate Office in Alabama in 2015. Currently, they are pursuing the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification from the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
