Alison Tepper

Alison Tepper, MEd, BCC, serves as the Program Director at Partners in Parenting since January 2024 and is the Founder & Parenting Coach at Raising You and Me LLC, a position held since November 2022. With a focus on fostering a conscious approach to managing challenging behaviors and reducing parental stress, Alison helps parents restore harmony within the home through collaboration and support. As a Certified Parenting Instructor for Hand in Hand Parenting since August 2019, Alison teaches evidence-based tools to enhance the parent-child connection. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Content & Curriculum at Read to Lead, Curriculum and Instructional Design Manager at Advancement Courses, and various positions in education and instructional design, including teaching and leadership roles with organizations like Achievement First, Teach For America, and the Fulbright Association. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from New York University and a Master of Education in Teaching from the University of South Florida.
