John Heltzel

John Heltzel is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic development and partnership building across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Los Altos Advisors since November 2009 and at Trail Run Ventures since March 2018, John provides go-to-market strategies and strategic advice to senior executives. As Board Chair at Hand in Hand Parenting, John contributes to organizational leadership since October 2009. Previous roles include VP of Business Development at NearbyNow and Director of Business Development at both Zix Corporation and Entrust, Inc., where John excelled in creating strategic alliances and expanding business operations. Academic credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
