Once you step through the door of the tranquil surroundings, the Hand on Heart Studio is a hive of talented people who make Hand on Heart so special. Our process is so unique and our standards are so high that working for Hand on Heart takes that special someone. All of our specialist designers have to work unconditionally hard to learn our process with the average time to becoming fully qualified being 3 years. Alongside the design team, we also have a wonderful team of customer service advisors who make delivering customer happiness their highest priority. We like to think that we're as unique as our Jewellery.
