Justine Perry

Justine Perry has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the hospitality industry. Justine is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hand Picked Hotels, where they are responsible for recruiting and talent mapping for all 21 luxury hotels in the company's portfolio. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Recruitment Manager & Talent Specialist at Edwardian Hotels London, where they supported recruitment and talent mapping for 13 luxury hotels. Justine also has experience as a Recruitment Director at JAP Associates Limited, specializing in hospitality management, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and senior chef appointments. Justine has extensive experience in supporting clients with recruitment solutions for hotel openings and boutique hotels. Earlier in their career, Justine worked as a Branch Recruitment Manager at Berkeley Scott, where they set up and led a profitable branch, and as an Associate Recruitment Director at Quest Elite, where they recruited senior appointments in the hotel sector.

Justine Perry attended Woodlands School from 1989 to 1994, where they studied English, Maths, French, German, Economics, and Geography. Following this, they completed a BTEC in Travel and Tourism at Cosham College from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
