Mirela Nicoleta Tudor

Mirela Nicoleta Tudor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and support management. Currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager at HANDD Business Solutions since May 2019, Mirela has held various roles within the company, including Support Services Manager and Technical Support Analyst. Prior to this, Mirela worked at the Embassy of Romania from April 2015 to March 2019 in positions such as Assistant to the Ambassador and primary accountant. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Teleperformance as Team Leader and QA Analyst-Coordinator for Microsoft, as well as event planning at AIESEC Pitesti. Mirela is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Design and Innovation from The Open University, set to graduate in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Economics in Marketing from Universitatea din Pitești.
