Astrid Caetano

Astrid Caetano has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Astrid most recently worked for the Handelsblatt Media Group from 2019 to the present, where they held the positions of Director Culture & Development and Head of Learning & Development. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as the Director of HR. Astrid also worked as a Systemic Business Coach and Trainer from 2013 to 2016 and as a Strategic Planning Director at McCann Worldgroup from 2012 to 2013. Before that, Astrid worked at GREY Germany from 2003 to 2012, where they held positions such as Senior Strategic Planner and Management Supervisor. Astrid'scareer began at GREY Germany in 1995 as a Senior Account-Manager / Regional Account Director, a role which they held until 1999. Astrid also worked as a Strategic Planner, Business Coach, and Trainer from 1999 to 2003.

Astrid Caetano's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Schiller International University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and International Business. In 2000, they studied at Cicero Training und Unternehmensberatung, where they earned a degree as a Trainer, Changemanager und Prozesbegleiter in Erwachsenen- und Fortbildung.

In 2002, Astrid attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they obtained a degree as an NLP Master-Practitioner in Counseling Psychology. Following that, from 2012 to 2016, they studied at the IHP (Institut für humanistische Psychologie) and specialized in Coaching/Psychology, earning the title of Counselor/Coach Fachrichtung systemische Therapie und Beratung.

From 2018 to 2019, Astrid attended INeKO - Institut a. d. Universität zu Köln für die Entwicklung personaler und interpers. Kompetenzen, where they became a Zertifizierter Trainer in Train the Trainer/Erwachsenenbildung. In 2020, they briefly studied at The Loop Academy and became a Loop Approach Fellow in Organisationsentwicklung.

Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, Astrid was enrolled in the IfK - Institut für Klärungshilfe, pursuing a certification as a Zertifizierter Klärungshelfer/Konfliktberater (in Ausbildung). Additionally, Astrid has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Zertifizierter Personality Profiler-Coach/Trainer from LINC GmbH in July 2023, Business-Moderator/Facilitator from Competence on Top GmbH in October 2022, Team-Entwickler & Team-Coach from Competence on Top GmbH in September 2022, and Business-Mediation Practitioner from Competence on Top GmbH in June 2022.

Furthermore, Astrid received an ada Fellowship from ada in April 2020 and was also certified as a Trainer at INeKO - Institut an der Universität zu Köln in April 2019.
