Konstandinos Skourtis is an experienced leader in talent development, employee engagement, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of the Center of Excellence for Talent Development, Culture, and Engagement at Etraveli Group since February 2023, Konstandinos previously held key positions at Klarna, including Head of People Onboarding and Manager of the M&A People Onboarding Team. Prior roles also include impactful positions at LinkedIn, H&M Group, and Afound, where Konstandinos developed and implemented strategies that enhanced employee satisfaction, streamlined operations, and ensured compliance across global regulations.
