Courtney Remley

Courtney Remley has worked as Director of People and Culture at Empowering Abilities since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at Rhythm City Casino Resort from July 2021 to July 2022, and as a Human Resources Trainer from March 2019 to July 2021. Courtney also worked as a Community Assistant at Full Circle Services from September 2017 to December 2018, and as a Management Intern at Menards from May 2018 to August 2018.

Courtney Remley attended Davenport West High School from 2010 to 2014, where they graduated with a high school degree. Courtney then pursued higher education at the University of Northern Iowa from 2014 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, in 2017, they briefly attended ESSEC Business School, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
