Andrea Patterson is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Handshake, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea spent over eleven years at LinkedIn in various capacities, including Sales Leader for Large Enterprise & Key Accounts in the West, Sales Manager for Mid Market & Enterprise, and Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager, focusing on connecting talent with opportunities at scale. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruiting Manager-Shared Services at CB Richard Ellis from 2009 to April 2011, a leading commercial real estate services firm, and as Director of Corporate Recruiting at Martin, Fletcher and Associates from May 2006 to July 2008. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Baylor University.
