Haelin K.

Haelin K. is a People and Talent Program Manager at Handshake since August 2021, focusing on enhancing the meaningfulness of work. Previously, Haelin served as the People Operations Lead at Webflow and was involved with the Talent Team at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where independent research was conducted on the experiences of BIPOC women-identifying employees in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles in Business Operations and Administration at New York University and as a Resident Student Service Assistant at International House at UC Berkeley. Haelin holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree from The University of Edinburgh.
