Johnny Cacatian

Johnny Cacatian has extensive experience in project and legal management, currently serving as the Head of Legal & Contract Management at Hanergy Thin Film Power EME B.V. since October 2009, overseeing solar photovoltaic project investments in Europe with expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and financial management. Additionally, Johnny manages the investment portfolio at China Carbon N.V. while engaging in negotiations for compliance and voluntary market projects. Prior to these roles, Johnny worked as an Account Specialist in data management at InFocus. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Environment and Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Davao University.
