Dessiree Roman has extensive experience in quality management within the apparel and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Manager for the Caribbean at Hanesbrands Inc., Dessiree has held various quality management roles since July 2014, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations. Previous positions include Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at SML, overseeing adherence to international standards for top fashion brands, and QA Manager at Dominican Knits I, where responsibilities included managing quality assurance for raw materials and finished products in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Early career experience includes roles at Souriau, Lilli Group Inc., and Wormser Company, focusing on quality assurance, testing, and documentation. Dessiree holds a Master's Degree in Integrated Management Systems from Bureau Veritas Business School/Universidad Camilo José Cela and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
