Lauren McMahan

Lauren McMahan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the human resources and operations management fields. Lauren began their career in 2012 at Hanes Geo Components as an Inside Sales Representative and later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined Hanes Companies, Inc as a Retail Operations Manager before progressing through various human resources positions, including Assistant Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Hanes Companies, Inc.

Lauren McMahan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne University, which they expect to complete between 2021 and 2023.
