Mary Beth (MB) Conzett has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mary Beth (MB) started their career with Guidant Corporation in 1988 as a Senior Systems & Project Analyst, where they worked on automated solutions for complex business problems. Mary Beth (MB) then worked as a Supervisor in a Customer Service Call Center before transitioning into HR roles within Guidant Corporation. In these HR roles, Mary Beth was responsible for employee relations, compensation, and customer education.

After Guidant Corporation was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2002, Mary Beth continued working in HR and was promoted to Director of HR, leading post-merger projects and providing HR guidance to executives. Mary Beth then joined TCF Financial Corporation in 2012 as Vice President of Talent Management. In this role, they provided HR strategy and advice for two business lines, focusing on organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement. Mary Beth (MB) led a team and was responsible for talent acquisition and development.

From 2016 to 2017, Mary Beth worked as an Independent Strategic HR Consultant for Key Surgical INC.

Currently, Mary Beth is employed at Taylor Corporation, where they started in 2017 as a Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2021. In this role, they oversee HR functions and provides strategic guidance to the organization.
