Karman Chong is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in digital product and sales management. Currently serving as Head of Digital Product and Head of Digital Sales at Hang Seng Bank since May 2013, Karman Chong is responsible for establishing digital propositions, designing end-to-end customer journeys, and driving digital sales across all retail banking products. Prior to this role, Karman Chong managed high-net-worth, affluent, mid, and mass segment businesses at Hang Seng Bank.
