Kelvin L.

Kelvin L. is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Digital Design at Hang Seng Bank since June 2018, where responsibilities include reimagining digital experiences and establishing a Design Language System. Prior roles include Senior User Experience Manager at HSBC and UX Lead for PayMe, as well as Digital Experience Director at Prophet, where award-winning design strategies were developed. Kelvin has held key positions at Accenture Interactive and PacificLink iMedia Limited, focusing on user-centric design solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams. With a background that includes product design at Brilliant Basics and senior design roles at multiple agencies, Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Graphic and Media Design from the University of the Arts London.
